Some things to know if you need an ATM -
Every ATM withdrawal or Transaction is processed with Interac.
Independent Sales Organizations ( ISO ) are required to have a contract with an Interac Provider.
Their Interac Provider pays the ISO an Interchange Fee on every approved Debit Card Transaction as part of this contract.
Credit Card Company’s Transaction Fees decrease the Interchange paid to every ISO.
You determine the Surcharge Fee.
Some things to consider if you have an ATM.
Is your ISO in your Region and able to give you the same day or next day service?
Does your ISO’s contract have penalties? If so, WHY?
Does your ISO’s contract give you the right to entertain other offers? WHY NOT?
Did your ISO supply your ATM? Or do you own the ATM?
Do you cash load your ATM or does the ISO provide the cash?
Is your ISO’s cash load Fee competitive with other ISOs?
Are you Paid on all Debit card Transactions? You should be.
Are you Paid Surcharge on Credit Card Transactions? Why not?
NOTE: Every ISO has the right to set the guidelines of any of their Contracts or Agreements. If an ISO does not agree with your Sites terms or request, the ISO can say NO thanks. The same applies with any Site. Sites can also say NO thanks to ISO’s terms. Check what else is available in your Region. Sites have options.We will help you find your best option.
Regional ATM Consulting charges an upfront $100 Consulting Fee.
Regional ATM Consulting accepts email Transfers to jkml@shaw.ca.
NOTE: If we reach an Agreement with a Regional ISO for you, then we will charge your ISO a referral fee and work FREE with you for the next 3 years as your Regional ATM Consultant at that location.
AS you can see Regional ATM Consulting is directly connected to Central ATM.com For any Sites in Edmonton, Red Deer, Lloydminster and surrounding areas. Our exclusive ATM is Genmega ATMs.
Our Genmega ATM supplier has ISO contacts across western Canada and we will co-ordinate with his Genmega customers in other regions to be your ISO.
What do you need to have a working ATM at your Location?
A Power source close to your ATM with regular power.
Central ATM .com has a contract with an Interac Provider and will be your ISO to process all Interac Transactions.
A direct connection to your Internet using a CAT5E cable connecting to your router/modem is best.
There are other options like a wireless modem or turbo hub that can be purchased. Modems or Turbo Hubs have monthly Fees, direct CAT5E line is free.
What can Regional ATM Consulting do to help determine the best option –
We determine what type of Location you have?
Convenience Stores/Hotels/ sports centres can do as few as 50 monthly transactions.
Bars with VLTs can do up to 500+ Transactions monthly.
What is your Surcharge per Transaction and the amount to charge?
You decide if you want your Surcharge to be paid daily or monthly.
Do you want to cash load the cash in your ATM as needed?
How does the Site of the ATM get paid?
Surcharge – This is the Fee Customers pay when they use your ATM and withdraw cash. You, as the Site Owner, can determine the amount and how you share the Surcharge with your Interac provider (ISO).
Interchange – Every ISO is paid an Interchange Fee from their Interac Provider to process all Debit Card and some credit card Transactions with Interac.
Transactions – All Transactions are processed through Interac.
On Debit Card Transactions – The Surcharge payment share is determined by our Client Agreement. All the Interchange is paid to ISO.
On Credit Card Transactions the Credit Card companies receive all or a portion of the Interchange Fee.
