We only need a CAT5E direct line from your modem to connect to our Interac Provider for processing. We have found over the years that Hantle 1700w ATMs and Genmega 2500 have been the most reliable ATMs for servicing.
We always use the same Genmega 2500 ATM. All of the parts for all models are interchangeable and are available with our Alberta supplier.
We upgrade all ATMs processing with Central ATMs at no cost.
Our ATM Supplier has now added a Remote Monitoring Service (RMS) for our ATMs. Most software upgrades are done remotely.
Communication with Interac is either by direct connection or wireless device.
All Transactions are processed through Interac so each Transaction needs Interac a connection. We recommend a direct Internet connection with a CAT5E line connected to your router/modem. Or you can purchase a wireless communication Hub that has an upfront cost monthly usage Fee. Direct connection to your computer is always best and has no upfront cost or monthly Fees. Any ATMs connected to Interac by phone are outdated.
